We’re looking for someone who has:
- Optical retail experience (required)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience working with insurance companies and processing direct billing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership or management experience, or the ability to take on a supervisory role
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients in selecting frames and lenses that suit their needs and lifestyle
- Providing outstanding customer service from start to finish
- Processing insurance claims and direct billing accurately
- Managing appointments, orders, and follow-ups
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Helping lead and motivate the team while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
