We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist our team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of handling administrative tasks with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to various team members
- Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Assist with departmental communications and internal coordination
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper
- Track project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Support with reports, spreadsheets, and presentation materials
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Some data entry may be required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting executives or department heads
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L5L 1X2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
