Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Crew Member to join our landscaping and construction team. This role involves hands-on work in outdoor environments, supporting various projects related to landscape maintenance, horticulture, irrigation, and construction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong work ethic, and a desire to develop skills in landscaping and maintenance. Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision
- Support irrigation system installation and repairs
- Perform gardening tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Conduct general site cleanup and debris removal to ensure safety and aesthetics
- Support construction-related activities including site preparation and minor repairs
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor work activities
Experience
- Prior experience with landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with excavators, irrigation systems, hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Experience in landscape maintenance or construction environments is advantageous
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role
Pay: $17.20-$17.60 per hour
