We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Lead/Foreman to oversee daily landscape maintenance operations and lead a crew efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing, line trimming, and hedging
- Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards
- Keep crews on schedule and tasks organized throughout the day
- Operate and oversee use of landscape equipment
- Maintain safe and efficient job sites
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping and running a maintenance crew
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Strong time management and leadership skills
- Reliable, responsible, and detailed-orientated
Schedule:
Compensation:
- $25-28 per hour, depending on experience
