We’re hiring a high-energy Inside Sales Representative (ISR Hybrid) to own the front line of customer engagement—converting inbound traffic, rental activity, and dormant accounts into profitable equipment sales.
This is not a passive counter role. This is a revenue-generating sales position with clear expectations, measurable performance, and real earning potential.
What You’ll Own
- Convert walk-in traffic, phone calls, and rental inquiries into equipment sales
- Proactively generate opportunities through outbound calls, follow-ups, and campaigns
- Identify and capitalize on rental-to-purchase, trade-in, and upgrade opportunities
- Qualify leads and feed high-value opportunities to outside sales
- Re-engage dormant accounts and uncover untapped revenue
- Leverage CRM to manage pipeline, follow-ups, and close deals
