Our client is seeking a full-time permanent Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex industrial and automotive facility projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed engineer who enjoys technical leadership, client engagement, project management, and mentoring engineering teams. You'll play a key role in delivering innovative structural solutions while working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities:-
Lead structural analysis and design for steel and concrete facilities

Provide technical oversight and quality control for engineering deliverables
-
Manage client relationships and act as the primary technical contact

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutions

Prepare proposals, technical reports, and project cost estimates
-
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
-
Oversee site investigations, inspections, and construction administration
-
Mentor engineers, designers, and technologists on best practices
Requirements:-
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline

Possess a P.Eng. designation or eligibility for professional registration

Demonstrate 5 to 7 years of progressive structural engineering experience

Showcase expertise in the design of steel and concrete structures
-
Bring experience supporting automotive, industrial, or manufacturing projects
-
Demonstrate proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, Tekla, Revit, or similar software
-
Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
-
Maintain a valid driver's licence and eligibility to obtain Canadian or U.S. work authorization
