Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, proactive customer service representative with in-depth knowledge of Korean beauty products to join our team. You will serve as the primary contact for your clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via email and online platforms, managing data entry tasks, and assisting with sales and upselling. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and online chat platforms.
- Accurately enter data, updating customer records and transaction details.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and problem resolution.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Build positive customer relationships.
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support daily B2B sales operations
Requirements
Language: English
Bonus: Chinese and Korean
Familiarity with Korean beauty products
At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Ability to accurately and efficiently input data
Excellent analytical skills and customer service techniques; able to understand customer needs and feedback
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Able to flexibly adapt to changing work priorities and customer needs
