Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to order, and assisting in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation
- Assist with meal preparation during busy service hours
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Support other kitchen staff as needed, including plating and garnishing dishes
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests with attention to quality and presentation
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
