The Domestic Sales Advisor is responsible for driving domestic student enrolments through proactive lead engagement, counselling, and conversion-focused sales and marketing activities. This role also supports offsite outreach activities, including school visits, events, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities1. Domestic Student Sales & Enrolments
- Counsel prospective domestic students on programs, eligibility, career pathways, and enrolment processes.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into applications and confirmed enrolments.
- Manage the full sales cycle: enquiry → counselling → application → offer → enrolment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
2. Lead Management & CRM
- Manage and track all leads through the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate data entry, and pipeline hygiene.
3. Marketing, Outreach & Events
- Represent the institution at school visits, career fairs, open houses, community events, and local outreach activities.
- Support on-ground marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns.
- Travel locally as required for outreach and recruitment activities.
4. Student Experience & Compliance
- Ensure accurate communication of program details, fees, intake dates, and policies.
- Maintain compliance with institutional admissions standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with admissions, marketing, and student services teams.
- Prepare regular sales and conversion performance reports.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in education sales, admissions, or consultative sales.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Strong communication and counselling skills.
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
