We are hiring a video editor who can produce high-volume, high-performing social video content on a daily cadence, and deliver a polished brand film and short-form reel package by the end of a 6-7 week conference marketing campaign.
Company Description
Aurelius Health brings rich storytelling and creative expression into healthcare’s most critical moments. The company helps healthcare organizations and investors sharpen their narrative, build trust, and accelerate commercial momentum. Its work includes positioning, brand, investor and go-to-market materials, digital experiences, film, campaigns, and thought leadership. Aurelius Health combines deep healthcare intelligence with multidisciplinary creative craft to make complex ideas clear, credible, and resonant for diverse audiences.
Role Description
This is a fixed-term, 6-7 week engagement supporting a two-day health AI industry conference. The campaign runs on a daily publishing cadence across email, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, and other digital channels, and is priced as a flat fee for the full engagement. This role owns the full video output of the campaign daily social content and a final, polished post-event package.
What You'll Do
- Produce 1 to 2 high-quality videos, shorts, reels, or other video creatives every day across the full engagement, built for social distribution.
- Combine compelling storytelling, emotional resonance, and clear messaging in every piece, not just clean technical cuts.
- Own post-production end to end: color, pacing, sound design, captions, and platform-specific export for every piece.
- Work closely with the campaign team throughout the engagement to understand what is performing and what is not, and apply those learnings to improve future videos in near real time.
- Deliver a Master Symposium Brand Film: one polished, primary film built around the event experience, key ideas, and participant perspectives.
- Deliver 4-5 short-form reels, cut from event footage, for ongoing and post-event use.
- Build and hand over an organized media library of processed footage for the client's future use.
- Own turnaround speed: every daily piece moves from raw footage to finished, platform-ready export in under 24 hours.
Deliverables
- 1 to 2 high-quality video creatives delivered daily, every day of the engagement.
- One Master Symposium Brand Film.
- Five short-form reels.
- An organized, handover-ready media library.
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise in social media video editing (clips, shorts, reels), with a portfolio that demonstrates storytelling and emotional pacing, not just technical cutting.
- Experience with long-form post-production. Has delivered at least one polished brand or recap film from raw event or interview footage.
- Demonstrated ability to work fast without sacrificing quality. Show examples of quick-turnaround work, not just polished long-timeline projects.
- Experience iterating on video content based on performance data, not just aesthetic feedback.
- A portfolio is mandatory with your application. Applications with a resume or CV only, and no portfolio, will not be considered.
Who Thrives in This Role
- Ownership: treats every video as personally responsible for its performance, not just its look.
- Punctuality: hits the 24-hour turnaround and daily delivery schedule without exception.
- Quick, regular communication: flags footage gaps, unclear direction, or performance concerns immediately.
- Problem-solving mindset: works through messy, unscripted, or incomplete footage and still produces a usable, polished cut.
- Resourcefulness: sustains high daily output and quality for the full engagement, even with thin source material or fast-changing priorities.
