Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outside sales efforts and networking.
- Conduct on-site consultations with potential clients to assess roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively.
- Manage accounts by tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales progress using CRM tools such as Highlevel.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Present product features, technical specifications, and benefits clearly to clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new roofing technologies to enhance sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development within the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong negotiation and account management skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales techniques.
- Analytical skills to assess market data and develop targeted sales approaches.
- Experience using highlevel or similar CRM platforms for lead tracking and customer management.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
