We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting when required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests and addressing concerns from facility occupants.
- Execute custodial duties in compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and functional.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs and any issues encountered during shifts.
- Engage in commercial cleaning activities for various types of facilities, adapting techniques as necessary based on specific requirements.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial services or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
