Forest of Jewels is a newly renovated, family-owned fine jewellery store with a long-standing reputation for exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented Jewellery Sales & Operations Associate who enjoys building relationships with customers and takes pride in delivering an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with fine jewellery purchases
- Build lasting relationships with customers through personalized service
- Photograph, catalog, and maintain jewellery inventory
- Upload and manage products on our website
- Merchandise and maintain attractive jewellery displays and showcases
- Receive jewellery repairs and accurately record customer information
- Assist with inventory management and store organization
- Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming showroom
- Support the day-to-day operations of the store
Qualifications
- Previous experience in jewellery sales, luxury retail, or a customer-focused sales environment is strongly preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Professional, polished, and dependable
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new technology, inventory systems, and website software
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Experience handling high-value merchandise is an asset
- Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, watches, or fine jewellery is an asset
