Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items with attention to quality and presentation
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and cooking ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen throughout shifts
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
- Support the team during busy periods by providing excellent customer service
- Handle food safely, including proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices
- Assist in inventory management by stocking supplies and notifying management of shortages
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment is required. Additional training according to the franchise will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
