We craft lighting experiences that transform spaces — and we're looking for a creative, driven Marketing Coordinator to help tell that story.
About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a key creative force behind Eterna Light's brand presence. From producing compelling video content to designing polished client materials, you'll work closely with our leadership team to elevate how we present ourselves to the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot, edit, and produce brand videos, project showcases, and promotional content across digital platforms
- Manage and grow Eterna Light's social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, and others), including content calendars, copywriting, and community engagement
- Design and maintain client-facing materials including product brochures, capability decks, project portfolios, and specification sheets
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives — from campaign conception through to delivery and performance tracking
- Coordinate with project teams to capture key milestones, photography opportunities, and completed work
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints
- Report on content and campaign performance with actionable insights
What You Bring
- 2+ years in a marketing, content creation, or creative coordinator role
- Strong video production and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva
- Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth
- Excellent written communication and a natural eye for aesthetic and brand storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment
Nice to Have
- Background in architecture, interior design, or luxury/premium brand marketing
- Photography or on-site content capture experience
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
