Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all sales are processed efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transaction processing and inventory management.
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
- unloading pallets and restocking coolers as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cash handling is good but not required
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
