Residential Building Superintendent (Live Out Position)
The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the residential building.
Responsibilities
· Ensure that the property is in compliance with company standards
· Work with contractors in the building
· Responsible for coordinating and completing all maintenance activities to improve the reliability, safety, and cleanliness of the building.
· Ensures that work is completed as scheduled.
· Weekends or on call at work may be required
Qualifications
· Experience needed of 3 years
· Knowledge of Basic Plumbing and General Handyman Services
· Experience in performing janitorial duties
· Trustworthy
· Proficient in English (verbal & written)
· Must have good customer service skills.
· Time management and communication skills
