Schedule: Multiple weekly sessions (evenings) and weekends

Role Overview
McKenzie United Soccer Club is seeking experienced and highly qualified Academy Coaches to support our advanced player development pathway. Academy Coaches play a key role in delivering high-quality sessions and implementing MUSC’s game models and training methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-performance training sessions aligned with MUSC Game Models
- Implement consistent playing principles and development standards across age groups
- Collaborate with the Technical Director, Phase Leads and coaching staff
- Provide individual and group player feedback
- Maintain a professional, performance-driven training environment
- Support talent identification and player progression within the club
Qualifications & Requirements
- Canada Soccer C License (required)
- Proven experience coaching academy or high-performance youth players
- Strong understanding of modern game principles and periodization
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
Compensation
- Hourly wage based on experience and coaching certification

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
