We are looking for a local AZ MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND DZ AUTOMATIC drivers to do pickups/deliveries in the GTA. mon-fri, day shift, full benefits paid weekly. Forklift experience an asset. approximately 50 hours per week. The ideal candItate must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable tractor trailer or straight truck experience in north america. WE DO NOT PAY INCORPORTATION.
Duties:
- Safely operate a company vehicle to transport goods and materials to various local destinations
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securement
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients in a professional and courteous manner
Experience:
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Previous experience as a local driver or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of local roads and routes
- Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation systems
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Note: Experience in automotive repair is not required for this position.
