AUTO BODY TECHNICIAN (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Location: Vaughan, ON
This position focuses on light to medium collision and cosmetic repairs. No painting experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Replace bumpers, fenders, doors, hoods and other bolt-on body panels • Repair dents and minor collision damage • Perform panel alignment and fitment adjustments • Remove and install trim, moldings, lights and accessories • Minor plastic bumper repairs • Wet sanding, polishing and paint correction • Assist with cosmetic vehicle reconditioning • Identify repairs that require painting and coordinate with external body shops when necessary • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of auto body repair experience • Ability to work independently • Experience with dent repair and panel replacement • Strong attention to detail • Reliable, punctual and professional • Valid Ontario driver's license is an asset • Own basic tools are an asset
Compensation:
- $30-45 per hour depending on experience
OR
- Percentage-based compensation available for experienced technicians
