SPONSORSHIP COORDINATOR/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
PART-TIME (Approximately 20 – 25 hrs. per week)
$20 to $25 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced office administrator who will participate in the ongoing daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for maintaining all recording required in the area of our International Child Sponsorship Program along with various office administration tasks.
Qualifications:
This position requires:
Previous experience in office administration (minimum 2 years).
Previous experience in the charitable/non-profit sector preferable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in CRM database is an asset.
Willing to learn multiple software platforms.
Self-motivated team player.
Organized and detail oriented. Able to meet deadlines.
Duties:
Maintain our Sponsorship Program database (Salesforce) including donor donation information as required.
Coordinate correspondence between donors and their sponsored child including updating information regarding annual report cards, God Parent Day information and other periodic information received from our international organization N.P.H.
Perform general office administration tasks including meeting donors, answering phone calls and emails, ordering office supplies and other general duties as required.
Providing support to the members of our board of directors as necessary.
