Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations at our facility. This role is vital in ensuring efficient production processes that meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Coordinate supply chain and inventory management to meet production schedules.
- Oversee quality control procedures to maintain product excellence.
- Lead and train production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and MRP for planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to align production with market demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Must have all production ready in advance of production
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading a team of 30+ production staff
- Fully Training and Understand Workplace Health and Safety
- Positive and Motivational Person
- Attention to detail on Quality Control
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP. Prefer Epicor
- Strong Excel Skills
- Excellent understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement.
- Ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly.
- Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
- Experience with supply chain management and quality control.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
