Senator Hotel Timmins is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests by ensuring high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize rooms
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobby, and common areas
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attention to detail and quality service
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Flexible availability (weekends, mornings, evenings if required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Asset (Preferred)
- Experience in both housekeeping and front desk operations is an asset
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards
