About the Role
Hotel Room Attendants play an important role in creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring guestrooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
As a Casual Hotel Room Attendant, you will be scheduled based on business levels, occupancy, and departmental needs.
Please note: This is a casual position and hours are not guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms to established hotel standards
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Clean bathrooms, fixtures, and amenities
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitize guestrooms
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities
- Report maintenance concerns and damages
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Deliver excellent guest service when interacting with hotel guests
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including bending, lifting, pushing, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
