Lloydminster Boxing Club is seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team for our re-opening in Fall 2026. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a love for the fitness community. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization while developing professional skills in administrative management.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate schedules, private training, and maintenance times for coaches and other employees.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with responding to facebook, instagram, and other social media platform messages and correspondance.
- Handle memberships and registrations for new and recurring members.
- Support event planning and logistical arrangements for large boxing events, including doing outreach for sponsorships and community events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support or coordination roles preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with gym management software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- A clean criminal record and vulnerable sector check is mandatory.
Work Environment
- Most work will be completed in the office; however, many administrative tasks may be performed remotely from home.
- Work hours will primarily be scheduled on weekday afternoons, with one evening per week. Occasional weekend shifts as needed.
- This position guarantees a minimum of 12 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on operational needs.
