Staffinity is looking for Commercial/Personal Lines Account Executives for a national client with an office in Timmins, Ontario. These are permanent positions with salary, benefits, bonus and vacation. The base pay range is 60-120 + commission. The company willprovide dedicated account managers and marketing services depending on experience level. The position works on a hybrid model with a few days per week in the office closest to the incumbent. The working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday. The successful applicant needs to have their RIBO license and 2+ years of commercial/personal insurance experience. Relocation is an option for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
Follow-up on all leads within service standard requirements
- Accurately complete applications and endorsements for automobile, property, and other insurance.
- Underwrite new business and endorsements in compliance with company guidelines
- Provide complete documentation for all transactions and client conversations.
- Mentor new staff
- Assist customers with their daily insurance needs via phone, in person and by email.
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of commercial insurance experience.
- RIBO Insurance License is required
- Strong consultative sales and relationship building experience.
- Advanced customer services skills.
- Strong problem solving and multitasking skills.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
