Two Person Superintendent Team needed for 130 units pet free town house in Cobourg Ontario.
✔ Responsibilities Include:
- Daily property maintenance & cleaning
- Tenant relations and customer service
- Minor repairs & troubleshooting
- House safety, inspections, and reporting
- On-call duties as required
✔ Requirements:
- Must be a team of two (couples welcome)
- Previous superintendent or building maintenance experience an asset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to live on site full-time
