Position Overview:
Environmental 360 Solutions (E360S) is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Integrations Coordinator to join our HRIS team on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time opportunity.
Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role will support the accurate and timely integration of employee data into Dayforce while ensuring data integrity across HR systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing, validating, and importing employee information, troubleshooting data issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within our HR technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup and integration of new employee data into Dayforce.
- Prepare, review, and process HR data imports using established templates and procedures.
- Transform, clean, and manipulate employee data using Microsoft Excel and Power Query.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee information prior to system uploads.
- Complete data validation and quality checks following imports.
- Troubleshoot import errors and data discrepancies, working collaboratively to resolve issues.
- Maintain and update process documentation related to HRIS integrations and data management.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless employee system setup.
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes, increase efficiencies, and enhance system workflows.
- Support HRIS projects, testing activities, and other system-related initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in HRIS
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience working with large data sets.
- Experience using Power Query (asset)
- Experience manipulating, cleaning, and preparing data for imports.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to follow structured processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Provide high-level customer service to both internal and external clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Dayforce platform.
- Experience with HRIS integrations, or system implementations.
- Payroll experience.
- Experience supporting system testing, troubleshooting, or process improvements.
