We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Mail Clerk to support mailroom operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. This entry-level position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondence across various business units.
The role involves sorting, distributing, and tracking mail and courier items while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.

Role profile description:
The Mailroom Operations handles all incoming and outgoing correspondence for all business areas and lines of businesses within the company. Within this environment, the entry level position of Mail Clerk is responsible for the most basic functions within the mailroom. These include sorting, delivering, and picking up mail throughout the company, assisting with incoming and outgoing couriers and tracking volumes for reporting purposes.
What you will do
- Mail runs -Sort incoming mail to carts based on assigned mail run. Deliver and pickup Mail. Obtain signatures for internally tracked mail.
- Incoming Mail- Empty overnight courier bags. Sort Canada post mail by department. Open and sort mystery / white mail to determine who it belongs to
- Outgoing Mail – Ensure that courier packages have a courier request slip attached. .
