Job Summary
Imprint Promotion, a subsidiary of McCare Global Healthcare Services Inc., is seeking a full-time Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall performance of its retail location.
This key leadership position is responsible for managing day-to-day retail operations, leading and supervising store staff, driving sales growth, overseeing inventory, monitoring financial performance, coordinating production schedules, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
The Retail Operations Manager will play a key role in improving sales performance, optimizing inventory management, maintaining healthy profit margins, leading a high-performing team, and supporting Imprint Promotion’s continued growth in custom printing and promotional products.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail operations and ensure an organized and efficient retail environment.
- Lead and supervise store staff.
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
- Prepare budgets and sales forecasts.
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through Square POS and inventory systems.
- Coordinate production schedules for UV Printing, DTF Printing, Embroidery, Laser Engraving, and 3D Crystal products.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient retail environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the printing, promotional products, signage, apparel decoration, or custom merchandise industry.
- Experience managing sales teams.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Experience with budgeting and P&L management.
- Experience using POS systems; Square POS preferred.
- Experience in customer service and retail operations.
- Experience in staff coaching and performance management.

Other Requirements

Additional Compensation: Quarterly bonus
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
