Sales Executive / Kitchen Designer – Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation
RFS Remodeling is hiring ASAP!
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Kitchen Designer to join our growing renovation team serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Position Responsibilities
* Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations and measurements.
* Understand clients’ renovation needs, budget, and design preferences.
* Prepare kitchen and bathroom renovation proposals and quotations.
* Create kitchen layouts and design concepts.
* Present cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and other renovation products.
* Follow up with leads and convert consultations into signed projects.
* Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
* Coordinate with the design, installation, and renovation teams.
Requirements:
* Previous sales experience in kitchen, bathroom, or home renovation is required.
* Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom renovation products and processes.
* Kitchen design experience is an important asset.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong customer-service and closing skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
* Experience with design software and CRM systems is an asset.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Compensation
Salary + Commission
Compensation will be discussed during the interview and will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications.
