Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Roofer/Labourer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with roofing projects and general labor tasks on various job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn new skills. Prior roofing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to our team’s success. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in roofing .
Duties
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, plywood, and other roofing supplies
- Use caulking and sealing techniques to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of roofs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and debris removal
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, saws, and drills
- Roofing experience or background is preferred
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing applications
- Physical strength for heavy lifting (80 lbs and up) and manual labor tasks.
- Experience with handyman work or related trades is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements.
- Ability to learn quickly in fast paced environment.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
