Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, Men's haircut and woman haircut, color, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Upsell retail products that complement the services provided, enhancing the client experience while driving sales.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all clients.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates willing to learn.
- Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, trends, and products is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus, enhancing your ability to recommend products that meet client needs.
