Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally
- Schedule service calls and track job progress
- Prepare and send invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
- Keep files and records organized (digital and paper)
- Help manage our website and Facebook page (posting updates, photos, etc.)
- Assist with timesheets, permit tracking, and basic bookkeeping
- Support our field staff and office team with various admin tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and basic office software
- Familiar with Facebook and updating simple website content
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in construction or electrical work is an asset, but not required
