We’re looking for a friendly, organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. Automotive experience is an asset, but not required - we’re willing to train the right person!
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently when needed
- Valid BC Driver’s Licence
- Automotive dealership experience is an asset
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or another customer-focused environment is an asset
- Reynolds & Reynolds / ERA-IGNITE experience is an asset
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and gathering vehicle/service information
- Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Recommending and explaining maintenance and repair services
- Creating and maintaining accurate repair orders
- Keeping customers informed on the progress of their vehicle
- Reviewing completed work and charges with customers
- Following manufacturer policies and procedures
- Building lasting relationships with our customers

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
