Star West Petroleum is currently seeking an AR Data Entry & Order Desk Administrator.
This position is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. The incumbent is responsible for the accurate and timely customer invoicing, posting of AR payments and preparing bank deposits. As well as performing various clerical and accounting tasks including answering the phone, responding to emails, taking customer orders, processing customer payments, and other duties pertaining to these roles. The incumbent must have excellent attention to detail, understanding of excel, the ability to work closely with the staff at our other branches, and the capability of meeting daily deadlines. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.
