Experience/Skills:
- 2 years of previous experience is an asset.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, with good time management skills.
- Able to adapt to different situations, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and provide the best experience possible to our guests!
Duties:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the products and menu items offered.
- Maintain consistency in preparing and plating food.
- Adapting to guest requests and modifications, while maintaining product quality.
- Maintain proper rotation of product, to ensure minimal spoilage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace/ equipment throughout shift.
- Assist with standard cleaning duties.
- Follow all food and beverage procedures, policies, and standards.
- Communicate efficiently with other hotel departments and team members.
- Ensure a professional and friendly manner at all times.
- Other duties may be required, and can be expanded on during the interview process.
