Job Title: Full-Time Wheel and Tire Salesperson

Salary: Hourly Pay + Monthly Commissions
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated salesperson to join our team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for all things automotive. You will be expected to meet sales quota targets on a monthly basis to unlock team commissions on sales. You will also need to meet or exceed customer satisfaction. You’ll be working directly with customers helping them pick the correct wheels or wheel and tire packages for their vehicles. We specialize in high end luxury and exotic vehicles and are the leading wheel and tire distributor in Canada!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist both wholesale and retail customers with their wheel or tire purchase.
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Help maintain showroom cleanliness and inventory displays
- Coordinate with the service team for tire installations and appointments
- Perform light warehouse duties (e.g., accepting deliver of tires, inventory checks, driving vehicles in and out of the shop)
- Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Valid Full G driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Clean criminal record
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (tire or automotive sales preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory management software, excel)
- Physically able to lift/move tires (up to approx. 40 lbs)
