Job Summary
We are currently seeking a talented designer with strong organizational and verbal skills to join our team. The candidate should have excellent drawing, modeling, and graphic skills, and be able to quickly grow and thrive in a detail-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- 3-5 years of post-graduate work experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or Construction Industry
- Graduate of a recognized Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design or Construction Technology degree program
- Proven design experience
- Ability to manage a project team and consultants
- Ability to work individually as well as in a collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal & writing communication skills
- Proficiency in Vectorworks is a plus, along with, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up, and rendering tools
- Familiarity with local building code and bylaws
- Proven ability to review and cross-reference technical shop drawings, detail drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
- Strong project coordination skills, with an interest in managing specialty fabrication and installation logistics.

Organization Description
Bricault Design is based in Vancouver, Canada, and pursues projects in building design, interior design, graphic design, exhibition design, and product development. Our collective background includes academic training in architecture, industrial design, and fine arts, as well as millwork and project management experience. A hands-on knowledge of various fabrication techniques allows us to develop achievable solutions, producing work that is characteristically playful and surprising. Alongside our core design projects, we also partner with a specialized squash court manufacturer to project-manage technical installations throughout the US and Canada.
Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
