Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative will help answer client questions, respond to service requests, update records, and communicate with staff or management regarding cleaning appointments. This position is a good fit for someone who is friendly, organized, and comfortable handling phone and email communication.
Main Duties
- Answer phone calls and respond to client emails
- Provide basic information about cleaning services
- Assist with appointment requests and service updates
- Record client messages, service notes, and follow-up details
- Communicate schedule changes or client concerns to the appropriate team member
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Help resolve basic client questions in a professional manner
- Support general office and administrative tasks when needed
Requirements
- Previous customer service, reception, office, or administrative experience is preferred
- Experience in a cleaning, maintenance, hospitality, or service-based company is an asset
- Good communication and organization skills
- Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer systems
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to follow instructions and maintain accurate records
- Able to work part-time hours
