On site caretaker required for 3 story/ 30 unit apartment building. Contract duties include building cleaning, snow clearing, minor maintenance, showing of suites, delivering notices, reading water meters, etc. This position is ideal for someone currently employed 9-5 looking to reduce living expenses. Must be able to manage a phone, on call services and reside in the building. Building is smoke free and pet free. In lieu of caretaking duties, there is a reduction in the rent.
