Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Growth Path to SDR / Sales Optional)
Location: Listowel, ON (On-site for training; Hybrid options available after onboarding)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Flexible hours around core times). We’re willing to adjust this role to a part-time schedule for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do
- Customer & Sales Support: Answer incoming sales calls, direct leads, and make check-in calls to farmers to confirm farm visits and follow up after events.
- Administrative & Finance: Handle sales order entry, basic invoicing, billing questions, and assist farmers with government grant paperwork.
- CRM & Analytics: Maintain customer records and track key sales metrics within our CRM.
- Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to verify stock availability before farm visits or support on-time order delivery.
- Marketing & Trade Shows: Gather customer photos/testimonials, order promotional materials, and help set up and attend regional farm shows.
What We’re Looking For
- English Fluency (Required): Fluent written and spoken English skills are essential for professional communication with clients, farmers, and internal teams over the phone and via email.
- Strong Admin & Computer Skills (Required): Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace and comfortable learning new digital tools. We fully train you on our specific software and CRM!
- North American Ag Experience (Highly Valued): Background or familiarity with North American agriculture, farming, or livestock is a major asset.
- Great Communication: Comfortable picking up the phone with a friendly, down-to-earth tone.
- Valid Driver’s License: Willingness to occasionally travel to support marketing/ sales events and able to lift up to 30-40 lbs for booth setup.
