Job Overview
We are seeking an outgoing and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our clients team. This is an in office position Monday - Friday. No remote work available. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The CSR will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring smooth operations within our organization. Our client is a large manufacturer in the Trenton area.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Supply up to date deliveries
- Communicate customer needs to the organization
- Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer experience.
- Provide analysis and feedback on common customer concerns to help improve service quality.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and problem resolution.
- Support sales efforts by engaging customers in conversations about additional products or services that meet their needs.

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Learn and operate within the quality systems requirements (ISO 9001-2005
- Must have good working knowledge of Windows, Adobe adn Excel
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer interactions professionally.
- Ability to work well within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
