Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory planning, and material availability across our operations.
This hands-on role combines supply chain analysis and coordination with warehouse inventory management. - Material Planning & Analysis: Review Bills of Materials, production requirements, inventory levels, open purchase orders, and consumption trends to determine material needs, prevent shortages, and identify stock risks or obsolete inventory.
- Production & Engineering Support: Work closely with Production and Engineering to align purchasing priorities with production schedules, manage BOM or engineering changes, and support new product introductions.
- Receiving & Warehouse Operations: Coordinate incoming materials with Receiving, help maintain organized inventory and efficient material flow, and support improvements to warehouse processes.
- Process Improvement & Collaboration: Participate in production and operational planning meetings, maintain clear purchasing and inventory documentation, and identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and supply chain efficiency.
