We are a growing local company looking for a confident, bold, and well-spoken Growth Coordinator (Sales) to help us expand across the Greater Toronto Area and Orangeville. In this role, you will visit local restaurants and businesses to introduce our service a solution that helps them grow and run more smoothly and sign them on as clients.
This is a fantastic ground-floor opportunity for a self-motivated salesperson who wants flexible hours, uncapped earning potential, and the chance to grow with a business from the very start.
What You’ll Do
- Understand our business and sell it with genuine confidence
- Boldly and professionally represent us to restaurant and business owners
- Research and identify good-fit restaurants and businesses to approach
- Visit local restaurants and businesses in your area
- Speak with owners and managers and introduce our service
- Close new clients and build genuine, lasting relationships
- Keep track of your visits and maintain an organized leads sheet
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, bold, professional, and well-spoken
- Presentable — business-casual appearance
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized — able to keep track and maintain a simple sheet
- Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable
- Comfortable approaching businesses in person
- Comfortable with a commission-based role and motivated by results
- Restaurant, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred
- Reliable transportation to visit businesses across the area (an asset)
