Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fast Food Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our busy restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in food service, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Fast Food Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth restaurant functioning and upholding our commitment to quality and hospitality.
Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and cashiering using Micros POS systems.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Manage staff scheduling, interviewing, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper food storage practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and manage cash handling procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure adherence to restaurant policies, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely service.
- Assist in opening or closing the restaurant as needed, including cleaning duties and operational checks.
Experience
- Prior supervisory experience in the food industry or restaurant management is required.
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling is essential.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, interviewing, and training staff.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality standards, and food safety regulations.
- Background in customer service roles within the food service or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working in fast-paced environments like restaurants or hotels will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cash handling processes accurately and efficiently.
