We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Clinical Audit & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dental office experience and a strong understanding of dental billing, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and radiographic compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine audits of patient charts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review treatment plans for proper documentation and coding.
- Audit dental billing to verify accuracy, insurance compliance, and appropriate claim submission.
- Review x-rays to ensure required images are present, properly documented, and meet office and insurance standards.
- Audit clinical notes for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with practice protocols and payer requirements.
- Identify documentation discrepancies and communicate findings to providers and office staff.
- Monitor compliance with office policies, insurance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office (administrative, billing, or clinical).
- Strong knowledge of dental billing procedures, insurance requirements, and treatment planning.
- Familiarity with dental charting, radiographs, and clinical documentation standards.
- Experience with dental practice management software.
