Qualifications:
Proven experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in custom aluminum fabrication or high-volume production.
Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and production methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and foster a culture of operational excellence.
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with experience
implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
