Summary
'Hotel Sales Manager' position based in the Delta Hotel plays a vital role in driving our hotel's sales strategy and revenue growth. You will be instrumental in establishing strong client relationships and expanding our market presence to uphold our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract corporate and leisure clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and special offers.
- Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts.
- Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions.
- Qualifications
- Legally allowed to work in Ontario, Canada.
- Proven experience in Hotel sales and emphasis on Marriott Brand.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with Opera, Marsha, CI/TY is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Leadership skills with a proactive approach.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to analyze market data to inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
