Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic facilities team. Duties
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance procedures, repairs, and inspections for compliance and continuous improvement purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork collaboration.
